This show is all about cultivating the mindset that will allow you to grow. So much of our lives are dictated by the mindsets we adopt. They set the framework for our ability to reach our full potential.

  • The show was largely based on the book Mindset: The New Psychology of Success, by Carol S. Dweck Ph.D. The book is an enlightening read about the 2 two primary mindsets people tend to have. If you're interested in this book you can buy it here.

  • To reduce it to lowest terms, the Fixed Mindset is one where people believe that they are what they are and that's it, whereas the Growth Mindset is one where people believe that the characteristics you have now are just the starting point to build off of and that you can always improve yourself.
